The understanding and explaintion of the quality policy
:
"Paying attention to the
customer" refers that our management and
development depend on customer,so we must understand the
customer's current and future demands, and meet the
customer's requirements and strive for surpassing the
customer's expectations.
Understanding
A) In the market economy, the company's survival and the
development completely depend on its customer's
satisfaction and trust. If the company loses customers
that means we will lose the market 's share, and the
company cannot survive and will be far from the
development.
B) In order to win the customer's trust, we must
identify and understand the customer's demand including
current and future demand. We will turn identified
customer's demands into product (service) character
showing the products to customer.
C) We will carry on the surveillance and the control to
customer's satisfaction, and promptly take the
measurement to improve, thus meeting the customer's
requirements when we discover customer isn't satisfied,
and will strive for surpassing the customer's
expectatations.
D) We shall lay emphasis on recognition of customer's
demands and the surveillance and the survey of
customer's satisfactions which can promote product
quality management and enable us to satisfy with
customer's demand to a high extent.
"Unity and Innovation" means that we will utilize the
team spirit, scientific method and high-tech to urge
company to meet customer's needs during the development
of quality control system.
Understanding
A) The team spirit is the company's soul, and put first
place regardless of the quality control or the
management. Quality management means: "The leadership
takes, the whole staff participate", which can help the
company to promote the quality management a whole.
B) Innovation is the company's competition
strategy--using the high-tech, independently researching
and developing the new product, transformation or
innovation of management system and application of
management system and so on, all of these can bring us
new vigor and enhance our own competitive ability.
"Sustained improvement" --Sustained improvement of the
overall achievement is the company's eternal goal as
well as the revolving activity that enhances the ability
to satisfy customer's demands."
Important Point:
A) Company's goal is to meet customers¡¯ expectations and
demands in a better way and achieve customers¡¯
satisfactions. Due to unceasingly changes of customer's
requests and expectations as well as pressure of
competition and development of scientific technology, we
have to improve our products to adapt to unceasingly
changing demands.
B) Sustained improvement is an objective demand
reflected by continuous developments, and it will be
forever without limits, so we will have it as an eternal
goal of achievements as a whole.
"opening and development"
means that the company carries on as-a-matter-of-fact
judgement and planning, and constantly develops software
and hardware facilities and services including market,
customer, product, technology, quality, service based on
application of science and fact when making decisions
about management and development.

Make customer satisfy
Making customer satisfy is the
quality policy's ultimate objective. Because customer's
request and expectation are unceasingly changed, so we
must improve our quality goal unceasingly.
